Shipping policy

We offer free standard shipping on DeskPurrch Cat Bed sets.
Shipping fees for other items in your cart (such as add-ons or accessories) will be shown at checkout.

 

Processing Time
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods or when certain variants are temporarily backordered, processing may take longer. If there’s a delay, we’ll contact you as soon as possible.

 

Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

 

Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on the way.

 

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it at the customer’s expense or issue a refund after it returns (excluding any shipping fees, if applicable).

 

Delays & Lost Packages
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g., weather or carrier operations).
If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with household members or neighbors first. If it still can’t be located, contact us at info@deskpurrch.com within 7 days of the delivery scan and we’ll help investigate next steps.
